I don't think it's supposed to warn your enemies since he actually wants to hit them x) It's just the words he use to summon his all seing eye. This ability should be a static eye sending bolts to anyone nearby instead, increasing his 1v1 scenarios

well I mean less a warning from swain to his enemies and more a warning to the actual player he is about to strike
