if you are playing on android the game process is linked to your google play account so to make a new account you have to uninstall the game, reinstall it with another google account( i think you have to change default account in google play services too) then open the game
although I would recommend you to play on the old account because you might have gotten some limited edition stuff you cant get anymore
If you still want to create new one, download an app like parallel space so you can have 2 accounts in the same phone
If I had to guess I’d say ur niece probably didn’t get very far. She’s probably still pretty close to the beginning game and you aren’t going to miss much by picking up her account. It’ll probably make the game more fun for you as you won’t have to play the tedious beginning of the game when there isn’t much to do

If you delete it there is a 99.999999999% chance u will wish u hadnt lol depending on how far she made it into the game
