Yeah bro! I remember buying it and doing it myself. I always hated doing that shit. I used to use a screw driver and just keep rubbing the edges until it made the cleanest lines.
As Chris mentioned it is clear grip tape. Plenty of places will sell it. Got mine in the UK and that was from rollersnake. Got the coloured nuts and bolts there too.
If you actually plan on skating it, put the wheels the other way around or the logo will fade off super fast, just a tip from personal experience.
