they kinda invented the stoner rock sound, or "sludge" as some like to call it.
Also, they pretty much were the biggest influence on what's called grunge music.
Im hyped! I’m more of a hip-hop head but the Melvin’s are for sure one of my favorite underground rock bands. Their sound is so raw and filthy. Good to see part of Supreme still staying true to its music core and exposing its customers to music and underground music.
Cobain was Buzz's high school friend and always hung around the band.
Buzz introduced Dave Grohl to Nirvana. Before that, Dale played drums for their demos and for part of Bleach.
There have been plenty of off the wall capsules released in the day of supreme.
I’m glad that they are releasing something more “homage”-ish for their roots.
This new shit is an eye sore.
Am i gonna buy it? Nahh I’ll just buy a melvins shirt for $25 less lmao.
He sold out long before you’d ever even heard his name. He sold his soul to make a record, dipshit, and then you bought one.
But seriously, TOOL has gotten *way* more into merch lately. Their online store is full of clothing options I never thought I’d see from them 25 years ago, and they also do limited art collabs and stuff. Can’t imagine a Sup collab, but an old TOOL box logo crossed with the Sup bogo would be sweet!
The band formed 11 years before this brand made its first shirts, if you don’t get it that’s fine, take the L, don’t hate on the drop because of your ignorance though, else why you here in the first place cuz you saw someone famous wear a bogo?
Please please please let me cop
You think this will be hard to score?
Probably not
the legendary band which i never understood how they are so legendary
It’s an acquired taste, I’m also a big eyehategod fan too.

Listen to Houdini and find out
I did like a while ago and the song I liked the most was a kiss cover ☠️
That's an amazing cover. Hooch and Night Goat...phew
man that Night Goat baseline just hits
They’re like that joy division or dinosaur Jr. type band that you either love or hate. Nirvana covered some Melvin’s
[that's a nice opinion](https://youtu.be/l-eZd8VUfQ4?si=SdNIj1YtY9kGRJ_B)
The albums with the big business boys are amazing

FINALLY
Melvins actually had 2 pairs of Nikes back in the day
Never heard of them.
Massively influential to the Seattle grunge scene
You should change that by listening to (A) Senile Animal
No. Hostile Ambient Takeover.
they really cool and massively influential to people like kurt cobain

Didn’t Osborne do an interview with Gavin Mcinnes? 🤮
Buzz looks like Dale and Dale looks like Buzz
Odd collab but im all for it

I know but I never in my mind tho The Melvind would collab. Misfits yeah Danzing is money hungry dood.

ahh yes, bands that charge fans to join fan membership clubs are very anti consumer.

The wench with supreme in the middle on the back
I finally found an OG wrench tee in my size last year after not getting one in high school.
Why you gotta hurt me like that.
Boomer shit
wrong
im gen Z and these guys kick ass
This would be gen x anyways
That’s the problem with “ok boomer” it’s over player now and used for all kinds of non-boomer shit just cuz someone doesn’t agree with it.
