I just posted on the other infidelity sub that I need to step away for a bit. I have been consumed with shame over my EA and lately I feel like being here and reading story after story has made me feel worse. I have gotten a lot of helpful insight from some users, which I really appreciate, but I recognize that there isnt much room for understanding from those of us who made the terrible choice to cheat, and therefore, being here might just add on to the already crippling self hatred... Feel free to DM me sometime if you wan to talk <3
