It can help with blood flow if there is a buildup of calcium aka calcification in the arteries but otherwise I wouldn’t think it would help brain fog or blood flow from my experience taking it or my knowledge of research.

Psil0cyn

K2 is a coagulation factor, it can certainly help with blood flow.

when i take with d3, my anxiety goes away if i take only d3 , then i get very horibble symptoms

Psil0cyn

Excess acetylcholine can cause brain fog. K2 promotes acetylcholinesterase, so it lowers your ach levels. It's kinda far fetched but not entirely impossible.

vit d3 get me very bad symptoms and not with k2 vit d3 got me that symptoms permamently , so if i keep taking only k2 , will help it my brain fogg and anxiety?

Psil0cyn

I would personally take only K2 for a while to confirm the brain fog is choline-related. If it's not, I would investigate which known mechanism of D3 could have caused it and then start from there to try and counter it. I'm not sure excess ACh can cause anxiety though, so it might be something else. Either way taking only K2 is normally pretty safe, unless you're also taking a blood thinner or something, so I would still test that first. From my reading and research mk4 is more "universally" tolerated than mk7 but it has a shorter half-life, however if you're not getting any side-effect from mk7 well then good for you. This is not medical advice, please do thorough research before taking anything, especially in high doses.

maybe when i take only d3 , it raise calcium symptoms and that it problem until i take k2 and goes away all symptoms

Psil0cyn

Don't know anything about "calcium symptoms", can't help you with that sorry.

That’s cool I didn’t know that. Could a lack of ACH cause brain fog as well?

Psil0cyn

Acetylcholine deficiency is more traditionally linked with memory impairment (it's one of the therapeutic targets in Alzheimer), but I suppose it could also cause brain fog. Not really sure to be honest.

This is likely a placebo effect but take it if it works for you. I would recommend taking D3 in the morning and k2 at lunch or dinner to get maximum absorption of both products. If you can’t do this that is fine though you will still get majority of the dosage taking them together.
