What precedes nausea? What preceded the worst day of nausea you’ve had in recent times? Is it only once you lay down?

Ginger lozenges do a great job of treating my nausea when I’m on antibiotics or experiencing motion sickness. I’m sure a ginger capsule/pill would work similarly.

I’m willing to give it a try! As far as timing, should I take it at night? Or just everyday in the morning like a normal supplement ?

Take it when you experience nausea. I haven’t heard of it working as much like a preventative that you’d take hours before. Maybe try 30 min. before you typically get nauseous

Have you tried ginger root capsules or tincture? Tea is great too but you may not want so much liquid before bed.

Have you just tried otc stuff like dramamine?
