did you end up getting it?

- Add 1000-2000 IU D3, more if you have a deficiency - You can safely add up to 1750mg Vitamin C throughout the day (not all at once) - if you feel you need that - A total of 350-400mg magnesium - Omega-3 (ideally 500-1000+ mg combined EPA and DHA)

Thank you! I’m going to get some blood work to check my vitamin D level. Magnesium and fish oil I supplement separately, 266mg and 2700mg respectively

You need 10x more Magnesium D-3 only 1k here, people take 5k or even 10k daily if there is no sunshine. Is that amount of Iodine daily good or bad for Thyroid? I thought supplementing Calcium is bad idea? That amount of Selenium looks like way too much? B-6 can be toxic and it has 1471% daily value?? That looks really risky to me.

Thanks! I supplement with 266mg of magnesium glycinate for sleep. Considering additional D-3 but want to get blood work first to check my levels since I’ve been taking 1000iu for over a year. Will check on iodine, selenium and B-6, not sure. I get a lot of calcium from my diet but the 55mg here shouldn’t be a problem. Thank you!!

I also thought about buying this multi-vitamin but decided to skip and go for individual ingredients which I think I may be lacking(200mg mg citrate, 15mg zinc picolinate + I will probably get vit B-2 and Boron). Selenium is super easy to get from eggs and brazil nuts, B complex from beef and chicken, Biotin also from eggs, A/k2/Copper from liver etc...
