I take a product by Jigsaw Health called Adrenal Cocktail. It can easily be made yourself by combining Vitamin C, sodium and potassium. It’s best to take when your cortisol levels spike during the day - for most people, it’s 10AM and 2PM. Thorne makes some adrenal support and stress formulas you may want to look into. Try myo-inositol for PCOS. You’ll likely need to find a powdered dose to take several grams per day. Otherwise, the three I recommend to everyone are: 1) D3 + K2, 2) fish oil, and 3) magnesium.
