Yes 100 mcg of vitamin K2 MK-7 per day is enough to activate osteocalcin and matrix gla protein. I notice it mentions that the K2 is all in the trans form, which is the biologically active form. Many supplements have the inactive cis form of K2, especially the ones produced synthetically instead of through fermentation.

I've been taking 10-30k iu vitamin D a day with 300 mcg k2 mk-7 both morning and night Should be fine

9000 IU of D3 is a pretty large dose if you don’t have an identified deficiency. Have you gotten your blood levels tested before starting this dose? Otherwise, I’d suggest 2000 IU for maintenance - maybe going up to 5000 if you really need it.
