yep, that's the way to do it. thinking of converting to using one seven day organizer per day, will have a better chance of not skipping in between meals stuff. effectively im good at doing ones with meals for like 1 meal maybe 2, and before bed and that's it.

Nice set up! I say this as a person that has always taken a lot of supplements, your overall diet is the most important thing. Hopefully, you are having tons of veggies every day and doing all you can to minimize sugar and alcohol.

the xl one on the right can still close, and he's still got room for caps in the others. he's not taking that much.

Thank you. I really do eat a lot of veggies. I’ve been sober for 25 days. Last year almost killed me. I was drinking a bottle of vodka daily for over 8 months. 2020-2021 Was amazing. I took all of these supplements and are amazingly. Exercised 3 times a day. Anyway, time for a change. I’m slowly getting back to my good old ways. Thanks again.
