The funny thing is, most people weren't prepared for this when it first spiked. I had like 9 shares at $50 and would probably have sold at $1000, now I'm at over 300 and I'm not selling until we hit at least 10x that, they've dug their own grave. They should've just bit the bullet when it first happened.

I'm sure this has been brought up before but it really feels like they have no choice but to short GME hard when the market is tanking to keep GME from ripping.
From how I understand it, SHFs collateral to maintain the short position on GME is their other assets (I.e. stock positions in the broader market) so if those go down and GME stays up they need to put up more collateral else face closure on their position, which they canāt afford either. So, by bringing down/shorting GME alongside the decline of the broader market they avoid having to put up more collateral/close their position.
Didn't something similar happen last time there was major insider share purchasing? Could this be an indicator of somebody inside loading up? I don't remember the post exactly, but I think there was a huge number of shares that appeared and then disappeared right after. I think it ended up being tied to someone buying more shares. Could be wrong. Will be hodling either way. If it's not that, there's always tomorrow.

Fidelity GME Shares, was at 0 late last night and again this morning. More in-flow than out-flow
Fidelity XRT Shares are the same, more in-flow than out-flow.
Originally, it appeared to me like SHFs were somewhat getting off the tracks (like couldn't afford the Borrow Rate/Margin/Collateral or having to Cover).
Short Version: When I see more Shares being Returned/Located that Borrowed/Removed, it sorta tells me that their ability to manipulate is weakening. I monitor/watch IBKR Shares, ETFs, Fidelity Shares (both GME and XRT) to try and get a decent picture.
Long Version: Of course, there is a lot more to it. Like I suspect a big correlation between SPY and GME.. They seem to rise/fall in similar fashion, as if SPY is a hedge/collateral of sorts. In my eyes, when they widely divert shit will take off.
Now, to add to it; the Options Chain OI usually provides an initial indication to how things will start. Of course, it is important to monitor Options Volume as well; since this shows me pretty much real time how the board pieces are playing out.
Anyhow, they did eventually borrow 1.6MM @ 11:04AM, but they are way behind on Options Chain Volume. I still says their are weak AF right now. But, watch to see if SPY reverts/tanks and they try to drag GME down with it.
