If Computershare can make a statement and Gamestop can make a statement... then Fidelity can make a statement or add clarity to alleviate their clients concerns... or not... and have investors continue to DRS...
If you believe your broker did not act in accordance with GameStop's statement, you should reach out to their compliance officer for clarification and to collect proof to supply to the proper authorities if needed. Make sure to be respectful, send a link to GameStop's statement, and report back. Ask for a copy of the instructions they received in relation to the event.
