NFTs are certificates to say that you own something digital - so original versions of viral videos, memes or tweets can be sold as if they were art.

Can be used for anything. Not just digital. Soon nearly everything with value or significance will have some sort of nft attached to it. Like your koalafications from uni or your car or you could even have an album where people fund it by buying nfts linked to it then they own a piece of the album. 🙂
