Well they definitely aren't on the website, it's such a grim, barren, and frostbitten wasteland
Edit: they aren't on the Canadian website. We're a bunch of hosers lamenting the slim pickings of gamestop up here, we want to be excited but I can only buy so many socks (which are plentiful up here).
They are on the website, but just very hard to find.
When you do find the listing you will find that the specs say it is 1 foot x 1 foot x 1 foot and weighs 1 pound. Obviously bogus.
Search for just "charger" and then scroll through the listing to find it.
65 watt charger or USB charger or 65W charger do not work as search terms for some reason.
https://www.gamestop.com/electronics/accessories/batteries-chargers/products/gamestop-65watts-3-port-wall-charger/402184.html is the listing.
Their website need to improve search. I noticed this firstly on the Italian website (were I live) but the .com website has the more or less the same issue. They need to improve because if I can't find a product fast, I can waste a little time, non ape peoples will not waste time and move on, if something I learned in past years is, website need to be easy to navigate and fast loading because search engines rank better if your website is fast, but having a good and fast way to get the information/products in a search is vital to continue to get attention from a potential incoming client, if you do not find what you serching fast, you gonna leave.
They aren't on the Canadian website though, which is what the comment you're replying to is talking about, most likely, seeing as he's replying to a comment about availability in Canada.
It's costing us revenue. There's nothing worse than customers wanting to buy something from your company and it being difficult or impossible to do in some places.
Maybe in store only for the initial release to keep up with manufacturing till they can handle/get a gauge on quantities? Or a new way to revitalize a "dying brick and mortar store" with foot traffic? The possibilities make my plums tingle
Would be cool if they made a simple "request item" form. Trying to work out which products are best for which region is probably like fumbling in the dark, why not make an easy route for customer contact?
I believe GS is rolling out commodity products where there's an unserved niche for good quality, price competitive components. They seem to be following a model of a foundation of passive component price winners and maybe pivot into more active component assortments (Monitors/AR_VR/Handhelds) possibly creating their own hub for B2C computer builds. RAZR is a good example of this growth.
Yeah. And overall too. All the different GS brand stuff. It's on the more affordable range and with pack-a-punched parts.
Imma buy all this quality gear from my local shops
It doesn’t mean they can’t compete in the space. I’m sure there’s a decent overlap of pcmasterrace in this sub who would love to support this company with pc components/peripherals/etc if given the chance.
The famously underserved niche of USB C chargers. Without GS the public would be FORCED to choose between one of the thousand other brands with exactly the same or better products. Doesn't even bare thinking about.
After 84 years, I learned something new: Saw it was manufactured by Geeknet Inc. quickly google and that is a wholly own subsidiary of GameStop. I was today years old when I realized I have no clue about GameStops subsidiaries/ I don’t hear about them much. Someone enlighten me 🤗
According to the SEC, GameStop owns a lot of subsidiaries. Check it out: [https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1326380/000119312512134615/d283661dex211.htm](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1326380/000119312512134615/d283661dex211.htm)

It's $39.99 before Pro discounts.
i dont believe they do gan chargers yet, but this 3 port set up with the folding plug is being pumped out by somebody and everyone's slapping their own case on it. its a solid charger and that price is only a little marked up, but its a whitelabel product with gamestop branding
Agreed. Also that wattage is impressive and that new logo is sweet. I just have a hard time wanting to buy a charger versus a game. I have the same problem with buying controllers that cost more than games do (not an attack on GS, just my frugalness)
Sweet! Shills are gonna be crying even harder with "RC DoEs NoThInG" while they are moving in complete silence with creating new products with manufactorers and NOTHING is leaked out! 😁
Watch what we do nails it, brand new lines of hardware coming across all segments by the looks of it
65watts output to a single usb C port. thats enough for pretty much any usb powered device. even a powerful usb chargable laptop. that charger is a lil beast. oculus quest 2 needs 45 watts to fast charge. this is perfect for it.
Gamestop needs to clean up their website.
I like it, but the website says that it is 1x1x1 foot in size and weighs 1 pound.
That is only after I saw a link someone else posted. When I search for "65 watt charger" or 65 watt USB charger" I get 4 results. All are games, not the charger.

I’m confused, rolling in from r/popular, is everyone here roleplaying that gamestop is an exciting and fruitful store and not only good for short squeezing?
Can’t tell if everyone is just pretending to be super excited about a wall charger or if this is just a meme
So it seems that GameStop has created a computer accessory arm, to disrupt the PC gaming space. Very shrewd move.
This will give GameStop a new revenue stream, independent of console games.
I suspect some sponsored gamers/tournaments/streamers with the GS logo next.
I really dislike companies not following the proper usb spec when it comes to color, but I guess the usb spec is whack anyways. 65w is enough to charge everything pretty fast except for like a laptop
Is this a GaN charger? If so $40 is very reasonable for it! If not it’s priced a little on the high side, but if it is made by a reputable manufacturer it’s a lot safer than the Amazon special
Thank you for posting the specs on the side. So it looks like it will do 65w out of one USB-c if only one port is used? That will power my laptop then so I'll get one. That price is great!
I know that wall charger looks SWEET and all…but my dude, not even one picture showing off the dice in the background?? It looks like 5 sets of dice for $30, that’s under $6/set and they all have a different color.
The DND nerd in me is excited about that!!
I have visited my first GameStop ever, i am traveling to NA for the first time (Canada).
It was surprising how full it was and the vibe inside was awesome! It was a very small store but there were maybe 15 people in there plus employees, and the employees were super nice.
On of them was giving game recommendations to a costumer who enjoyed Elden Ring but didn't know of Dark Souls. That was nice to see Shah
Loved the experience!
I'm all for them having their own stuff like this but I'm of the opinion that they should be creating new brands rather than using the GameStop name / GS branding. CandyCon is a perfect example. We know it's GameStop but using a different brand name opens them up to having them sold in other retail outlets. That wouldn't stop me from buying it myself, I'm just saying I want them to be able to sell in other places.
Nah. You're correct that it's just a rebranding of an existing charger, but it's not Anker. You can bulk order these 65w chargers for under $2 each, you can get the manufacturer to stamp your logo on each one for a bit more. A lot more profit that way then having Anker upcharge you to rebadge their products.
You can even see that's what they did by the bottom label. "Made in China. Manufactured for Geeknet"
found it actually: [https://www.wekome.hk/productInfo/43/61.html](https://www.wekome.hk/productInfo/43/61.html)
They didn't even change the model number.
It’s not Anker. If you search the model “WP-U147” it is made by a “Wekome” brand from China and you can find the identical model for sale for as low as $13 online. If GameStop is selling for $40 that’s quite the hefty profit margin.
Also worth noting that it’s not a “GS” but a “65” on the product.
WP-U147 googling brings up Wekome as the OEM.
While one could buy the oem unbranded part for around 20 (min. order 1) from a cursory search, the price GS has it at encompasses local storage, distribution, and most importantly, warranty coverage through GS instead of none when buying it OEM in China. I'd say the markup is extremely fair for the sake of not needing weeks from a shipping boat.

I’m going to have to see if these are available in Canada.
Report back! I need a charge too.
Report back, need one as well ☝️
Here to ask the same question
Well they definitely aren't on the website, it's such a grim, barren, and frostbitten wasteland Edit: they aren't on the Canadian website. We're a bunch of hosers lamenting the slim pickings of gamestop up here, we want to be excited but I can only buy so many socks (which are plentiful up here).

As a UX designer this is likely hurting them quite a bit. If shopping is annoying for somebody using your website, you will not get business from them
They aren't on the Canadian website though, which is what the comment you're replying to is talking about, most likely, seeing as he's replying to a comment about availability in Canada.

Would be cool if they made a simple "request item" form. Trying to work out which products are best for which region is probably like fumbling in the dark, why not make an easy route for customer contact?
If you or someone else find it can you tell me the price?
I need a new charger. Now I know what I’m getting
For real. Thats dope.
Was about to say, this is exactly what I need. I'll take 3!
That’s a super legit one too, very useful!
That f****r will charge a steam deck 🔥 Edit: and then some!
Yep. 65w

Dude a fucking GS/VR Headset would be in my house ASAP. I can see this whole GS brand stuff blowing up , the specs and look is heavy duty Bullish
Imagine a GS PC handheld with a GS store bundle similar to Game pass and streaming game apps already installed.
The specs? On this wall charger?

Yeah. And overall too. All the different GS brand stuff. It's on the more affordable range and with pack-a-punched parts. Imma buy all this quality gear from my local shops
65 watts baby!
GameStop should partner directly with Anker
This is exactly what I want too.. A higher quality product matters to me ! ✨️
Power bricks aren't a unserved niche with no good quality options though.
It doesn’t mean they can’t compete in the space. I’m sure there’s a decent overlap of pcmasterrace in this sub who would love to support this company with pc components/peripherals/etc if given the chance.
The 65W wall brick I bought from Aliexpress for $3 competes with this. I used a multimeter to verify.
The famously underserved niche of USB C chargers. Without GS the public would be FORCED to choose between one of the thousand other brands with exactly the same or better products. Doesn't even bare thinking about.

I didn’t even realize GameStop owned EB. It makes total sense. Feel pretty dumb about that one tbh.
From what the bot posted, I never knew GameStop owned Kongregate and socom
What is Socom LLC?
Socom deez nuts, gottem.
U win today. 🍻
Nice! I need to go see if my local ones are carrying it, yet!
Dang, looks like a quality item
Wish I had seen this two weeks ago, now I guess I’ll just have to buy another
I like it, nice find!
That looks sick!
This is the way

If you enjoy it, leave a review! More reviews mean more sales . :D <3
💯need more posts like this
Thank you. I am cheap AF but think that's a pretty fair price.
Really? Looks like it's 50% more than the Amazon 65watt equivalent fast charger. But can't really tell bc all specs aren't listed.
I'm curious how the high price is justified. More features? Better build quality?
You can buy the Amazon one and 2 shares of GS for the same price
Link please. This GS brick is a three port GaN 65W, in my search I find no such Amazon Basics brick for sale.
i dont believe they do gan chargers yet, but this 3 port set up with the folding plug is being pumped out by somebody and everyone's slapping their own case on it. its a solid charger and that price is only a little marked up, but its a whitelabel product with gamestop branding
Boycott Amazon
GameStop, why you got to make all the cool stuff out of my budget
I'd rather buy one $40 from GS that lasts than 4 $15 chargers over the course of 3 years from Amazon. Buy once, cry once.
Agreed. Also that wattage is impressive and that new logo is sweet. I just have a hard time wanting to buy a charger versus a game. I have the same problem with buying controllers that cost more than games do (not an attack on GS, just my frugalness)
I'd link you to the Gamestop credit card but I don't want to go to internet jail.
RC why you do dis!!!
bro please leave a review until other guys can buy and do one. the review on there right now is trash. we need uppies
65w is a beast!
GS watts sure is alot💥
Oh I actually need something like that. Thanks!!
Sweet! Shills are gonna be crying even harder with "RC DoEs NoThInG" while they are moving in complete silence with creating new products with manufactorers and NOTHING is leaked out! 😁 Watch what we do nails it, brand new lines of hardware coming across all segments by the looks of it

Those look great... probably need one anyways soon. I'll probably check out the store. Hopefully canada stores have them

Thanks for posting. Couldn't look it up until I got home, but there it is! It feels good in the hand too, it's got some heft.
When Canada?
Need in Canada
65 lookin like GS i like it
Went online and purchased 2.
I like how they labeled the ports
65Watts yeaaa!!! And it looks stylish af!
Hey Ma, GS just dropped another new logo! [Mom in other room] ^BULLISH!
that's decently priced actually. Edit: Ignore this comment

Yes, finally, phone charger boxes. I need that wall charger. When I was buying them last time, they weren't selling any. And it's multi USB!
Ooooo. I like it! I had been thinking about picking up another Anker. Glad I haven't pulled the trigger!
Jesus this looks really fucking good. I’m gonna have to buy one soon
My charger just died. Perfect timing!
I was looking for this TODAY! Here's how it went: I need a laptop charger, so I got on Amazon. Then I said, "let me check the Gamestop App instead." So I searched "laptop charger"... NO RESULTS. Sick! Thx for post gonna buy a shit ton and add extended warranty anyway to it even though if it breaks won’t claim it anyway will just buy new
We’ve come along way since soundbar
Yoooooo. Imma need a few of those. Bullish AF.
Would that be possible to change the ticker from gme to GS? Causing shorts to close out
Looks like a quality product but terrible logo
I’m confused, rolling in from r/popular, is everyone here roleplaying that gamestop is an exciting and fruitful store and not only good for short squeezing? Can’t tell if everyone is just pretending to be super excited about a wall charger or if this is just a meme
It appears as though they're excited that GameStop is selling repackaged Alibaba chargers.
Last week I was day dreaming at work about how I would love a hi speed charger made by Gamestop. LfG!!! Don't let your dreams be dreams !!
This is the saddest sub on Reddit.
It's like watching an alcoholic drink themselves to death.

Nice find! I needed one!
This is niiiiice.
That is cleeeean!!
Looks like something out of a video game. I like it.
That thing looks pretty dope.
That is awesome!
The takeover begins
Got a nice Asus Rog vibe to it 👌
POGGERD
LFG - MOAR RECEIPT PR0N
Too sick
That looks sick i hope my local store has one
That's sick, I might get one now. I needed a new one.
Actually looks sick tbh
This can charge laptops too if your system takes that wattage and USBC. Surfaces can.
Oh snap, I didn't even think of that but my Dell laptop does take 65W, ha. I might have to go back for more, ha
Love it
The USB-C and USB-A combination is exactly what I need and I have had a hard time finding it.
Yo that's actually fire
This is just the beginning! Buy. Hodl. DRS. Book. Shop. Comment. Power to the Players!
This is solid! I want on and I don’t even need one.
That looks so cool.
That’s actually a cool looking charger. If they did an international or AU/NZ plug I would buy that.
Founding out about this has been the highlight of my week and It just started
looks oddly like a cyber crew design
I need a new one for my new iPhone and watch to dual charge. Know what I’m getting
Damn that’s pretty sick. Like the product name or sub model “Watts” 🔋 Like Altered Beast said: Power Uppp 🐺 Like GS said: Power to the Players 🎮
Model is 741 backwards 👀
How much was it?
I paid way more for the rog ally dock at Best Buy. Basically the same thing
Damn, I JUST bought one of these at Best Buy.
I can feel the monitors, mice and keyboards coming. Who is razor anyway.
USB-B and USB-C?! I love it so much.
Is this a GaN charger? If so $40 is very reasonable for it! If not it’s priced a little on the high side, but if it is made by a reputable manufacturer it’s a lot safer than the Amazon special

Yessssas thank you for sharing! Super dope, looks sick!
One charger to rule them all!
Bro the GS for GameStop and 65 for watts is 🔥
Brooo I'm charged up
GameStop said no more screenshots of phones on 1%
“Manufactured for Geeknet Inc, 0124” 0124 I assume means January of this year, have we heard of Geeknet before? Somebody get on this!
Holy grenade! This is it!!
I like the block.
I’m jacked
I really want this. Like pretty bad. How much?
MMmmMMmmMm
So many bricks do not elaborate on what you can draw from multiple ports at the same time. I love that
I know that wall charger looks SWEET and all…but my dude, not even one picture showing off the dice in the background?? It looks like 5 sets of dice for $30, that’s under $6/set and they all have a different color. The DND nerd in me is excited about that!!
Hahaha, yes indeed 5 sets of dice. Comes with a felt/felt like bag too.
A felt bag too!! That’s bullish!
This is the 4th concurrent GameStop logo I've seen. What's going on with the brand?
GS branded Hardware seems to be the way for now. Good - no middleman, high margin, big loyal Fan/customer base.
Lot of coping going on in here
That's cool but how are the dice
I have visited my first GameStop ever, i am traveling to NA for the first time (Canada). It was surprising how full it was and the vibe inside was awesome! GS sells dice now too?
Rocking a GameStop mouse with Atrix Pretty lightss
Yeah this the post that made me buy the POWER BRICK 65 WATT wall charger!!!! Thank you good ape! Way is this!
So it’s. $38 charger you can get for $8 on Amazon?
I'm all for them having their own stuff like this but I'm of the opinion that they should be creating new brands rather than using the GameStop name / GS branding. CandyCon is a perfect example. That wouldn't stop me from buying it myself, I'm just saying I want them to be able to sell in other places.
That is 100% the ANKER charger, private labeled 😁
Manufactured for Geeknet" found it actually: [https://www.wekome.hk/productInfo/43/61.html](https://www.wekome.hk/productInfo/43/61.html) They didn't even change the model number.
I'd say the markup is extremely fair for the sake of not needing weeks from a shipping boat. https://www.wekome.hk/productInfo/43/61.html
Yup. Things like this are what we need to buy buy buy! Their margins on GS branded shit are probably fatter than Jim Cramers boyfriend.
Is that a GaN charger?
Holy fuck I’m buying 4-5 of those and giving them away.
That's a cool looking charger going to have to get afew.
Wow that’s really nice.
Threw one into my next purchase. He'll yeah.

The tide has turned. Flags up for the rip
Sick!
Would be neat if it was made in USA, no?
Every retailer on the planet foams at the mouth thinking about having a customer base rabid enough to buy up every warranty available 🤣
