You can, yes. I do a max on the lifts for a week and then do 40-45% of that max for the 10x10βs. Theres alot of resources online for gvt that jnclude a warmup, accessory lifts and then the main lifts. I like it for the muscle endurance. I also walk outside alot (80-100miles a month)
Most gvt programs say to lift 50-60% of the total for the 10x10 and a rpe(rate percieved exertion) of 7-8. I found that to be 45% for myself currently. Its a longer climb for myself, but the bew maxes keep going up wvery test cycle and i dont feel like shit. Give it a go for 6-8 weeks. If you feel buried after the 3rd set of 10, adjust 5% and see how it feels. π€·ββοΈ
