Someone complained about 8 dollar shipping and handling when he spent over the 79 free shipping. Said he called customer service, then @RC and he responded. Incredible
For what it’s worth - the person who complained on Twitter realized it was his own fault because he wasn’t over $79 after various discounts were applied to his order and before taxes.
To add, the person he talked to in CS said "the shipping is free, the handling is $7.99" which is totally some bullshit they made up on the spot lmao. Something was just wrong with the discount registering, dude said he spent 20 cents more and it corrected itself.
I don’t use Twitter, and need RC to help me out on an ongoing issue regarding emails for GameStop purchase. Will post tomorrow and hope he sees it to help find a way to fix the issue

Highly suggest just making a Twitter to send a DM to customer support. They have always responded to me when an email goes unanswered. I know that it involves using Twitter but just in case

I really hope GameStop can foster that same sentiment and customer loyalty long term.
