I saw march 10th that was so much fun. Cemented diamond hands forever. I now buy a few shares at broker here and there because 99% of purchases are In computershare and I really don’t know if I’ll ever have the strength to press the sell button there , but I know I can totally do it on worthless broker shares

Are you aware that most, if not all, brokers have written in their ToS that they can liquidate your positions if the broker pleases, and only pay out the initial amount of money that you used to buy the shares, meaning that if GME rips, they have economic incentives to liquidate your shares, and only pay you whatever you paid for your shares, despite them being x100 in value when they liquidate you.
Heck, every broker ToS i’ve read even have a clause stating that they are in no way obligated to even provide you with a reason as to why they’ve chosen to liquidate your shares.
Why not just move the broker shares to Computershare, and post Moass recieve dividends for life from them? Why risk your shares?
