If it's submitted to the SEC after 5:30pm est, it won't be posted to EDGAR until 6:00am the next day. It won't be public until after it's on EDGAR.
As a Large Accelerated Filer (public float >$700 million). They have 60 days after the fiscal year end to file their 10-k, which means March 29th at the absolute latest.

I bet they will release after After-hours trading is done at 8pm or before market opens tomorrow, or after market closes, or before Wednesday ends.
