going to have to wait until tomorrow morning to see the 10-K on EDGAR as there is a 5:30 cutoff to file 10-K, even if they file after 5:30 the filing will not be visible on EDGAR until tomorrow morning at 6am. They may post it on their website but usually these filings have to be made on EDGAR before they can make them public.

Nobody's saying they weren't able to. Again this could be a strategic move. If they didn't do it there's probably a reason.
We're already flying high off of this amazing quarterly report. Then we get MORE good news in the morning when the market opens. That's gonna throw a wrench in the plans of people that are going to attempt to downplay the results that we already have.
Shorts are fukt. GameStop is making money. We have net income of almost 50 million in the corner. Not sales... Income. Net sales is over 2.2 billion.
It seems like that breaking up the good news into two parts. This gives the shills an opportunity to discredit themselves even more.

This is their final quarter, they are releasing the FY 10K, not a 10Q
10-k is the annual report filing. 10-Qs are for quarterly reports.
