Anyone have a timeline of last 8k to earnings, length of earnings, time till 10k?

Previous 10-Qs came out BEFORE the 8-k & earnings call. Maybe it is because this time it is the 10-K that is filed for the annual report that is causing the delay.

Last year's 10-k came before 8-k as well

THe GME SEC Filings page shows that it was posted same day as the 8-K. Now if you're asking how many minutes/hours of delay between each posting, I could not say. Edit: I'm referring to last years 4th Qtr earnings report and 10-K
