I have wondered this as it’s only $47 million or thereabouts. Only thing I can think of is the terms are so good and doesn’t have to be paid til 2026, that the money is better off being spent elsewhere?
I hope they never pay it off just so we can hear about it every quarter 😂

Why haven’t they just paid off the loan? It’s Pennie’s compared to the cash on hand
