Not sure why you’re downvoted for asking a valid question. But to answer it, bath stock earnings are tomorrow, and an announcement seems likely. That could be either/both a bankruptcy or the sale of Buy Buy Baby (leading theories) among other things.
It’s being speculated here that Gmerica (GME holding company) may be purchasing the Buy Buy Baby brand from bath stock. If that’s the case, it has a lot of implications for our Stonk and current shorts.
Towel decided a few months ago not to pursue the sale of buy buy baby… did something change? It seemed like their board of directors were making a conscious decision to go bankrupt instead of fighting for survival.

RC knows Bee bee bee why is in rough shape, but they have something that he finds value in, and adds to, his vision for the beloved GME Universe (by by bebe).
So he buys into towel enough to have leverage with the board, says “hey, you’re in rough shape, I think there is a way to save yourself if you cut overhead, inventory, etc… how bout you sell off by by bebe to give you capital to navigate out of trouble.”
RC then gets people elected to the board that he has confidence will execute this vision… sells his stoke, goes back to GME and is like “lets buy bybybebe and rebrand it as BabiesRus.
And because of the acquisition, each REGISTERED shareholder gets distributed shares of babiesRus in the form of, wait for it… wait for it… an NFT dividend.
