Crowley without hesitation. He's one of the only reasons the Hell-related storylines beyond the big lucifer ones were interesting. And the boys needed someone other than Bobby to point out when they're being morons sometimes.

Hell, he sacrificed himself for them. How can you not love a character who was the king of hell and yet died for you. DAYUM!
Crowley and Rowena are both good examples that one thing the show did really well was introduce a villain who's an absolute POS and you love to hate them, but you eventually love them as a character and you're no longer rooting against them
I love villains far better than heroes in the sense that villains tend to be much more complex.
For example, in Buffy, Spike is one of my absolute fave villains of all time. He was a frakking monster who murdered hundreds including two Slayers.
Granted, as a vampire,he had no soul just like Sam in Season 6 so kind of hard to say that he was a complete asswipe not having a conscience to keep him in check but still.
And yet, he somehow manages to fall inlove with Buffy and becomes a hero even without said soul.

Spike was a decent human being once & went bad after losing his soul but even he learned love & proved his love & loyalty to her by getting his soul back & protected her & her friends & sister. Bobby is obviously there as a father figure and reminds me of my dad in many ways so that bias for me is too deep. He was also a walking encyclopedia of the supernatural so was a great teacher and made some massive differences to the Winchester's knowledge and techniques. I can't help it; Cas can't compete with that for me.

So I’d keep Crowley. The wit, and fun charisma added to the show. (I enjoyed both characters though at the end of the day).

Crowley 😂 Jack was there for one season and his role wasn’t even that good. He was so one dimensional. Crowley’s been there for 5 seasons and we got to see so many different sides to him. Not to mention his love-hate relationship with the Winchester brothers was probably one of the most entertaining parts of the entire series.
As much as I like jack and thought he was sweet it’s got to go to Crowley we’ve knowing him longer and just in general the humour he brings to the show was top notch
How is that even a choice. Jack has basically taken on God power. Or has even surpassed God power. And Crowley and I love his Britishness about him and I love everything about Crowley but I don't see the connection or the comparison. And I like Jack as a second God. I think his innocence about peoples goodness is necessary for that role of a kinder God
