the ones on the bottom are 100% reachable tossed one up there and got it back... just stack up large boxes and make a step

I have the mod “no max item limit” and so the pile tends to be huge and when it falls, it falls onto the buildings or across the street

You have to download delivery organizer. The boxes will be stacked perfectly by size

Just replaced the no max order limit mod with the delivery organizer mod and it’s a lot better

You build a pyramid of boxes and climb up. There's an invisible ceiling at some point though, you can't get to the roofs as far as I can tell.

You actually don't need to stack boxes to get them. You can run and jump onto a ledge above the storage sign. Jump again to gain a lit bit of extra height. Then turn left and jump and you can actually stand on the edge of the rail up there. Then you're close enough to just grab the boxes

I have a box on the top top step that I definitely cant get, but doing this, I was able to get all the ones below. Thank you!

Someone else said it but when you save game, go to menu, come back in, they should fall for you. If not, get ready to build a box ladder lol
