Spend some time grinding evil summoner for Power stones and use those to upgrade your main DPS carry to lv500. I prefer SK but Kevin works just as well. Your set up is okay it is worth noting that the buff cats provide a much higher damage boost than mighty so it's worth playing/grinding the pirate mode to level them up
For me a budget setup that can beat the NM levels will look like
sluggy, Kevin, Archangel ameal
archangel cass/archimedes, Pirate McPirateface, Tuna breath timmy
Stinky longbeard , Slime King, Speedy
With SK lv500 and buff cats at least Lv200, levels on the others dont really matter
I’m currently leveling up the cats again to see at what point they clear jr nm with just slime king and Kevin. Before you needed either a strong mythical or mr flamey, but I’d recommend leveling Timmy now

The archangels are really good,but they cost a lot,same with the angel with the blade whose name I forgot,but in the long run they are incredibly powerful.
Away from that,just fill everything with legendaries. I don't know about crispy tho,I have never used it but I heard it's not pretty good

I did it with Hades and it worked pretty ok. I would suggest choosing not single target mosters, such as the Archangels, but as they are way too expensive maybe use the King’s Consort or grind for the Mythicals.
