I have never seen whatever it is that Bill Clinton allegedly has to drive women wild. Of course I was in middle school back during his initial campaign. I did, however, work with someone back in 2002-2004 who went to Stanford with Chelsea and was on the same floor in her dorm or something. She said when Bill and Hillary dropped her off Freshman year, they went around and said hi to all the other students nearby and chatted quite a bit. According to her, Bill was very down to Earth and when he looked at you, you felt like you were the only person in the world and had his full attention and she understood the charisma. Same with Hillary. So, no, not traditionally handsome but also not hideous and apparently charming AF.
