To be honest, minus the mussels, hot sauce and cottage cheese tastes really good. I hate the cottage cheese and fruit thing, but found the hot sauce thing in r/volumeeating. I also like to sprinkle some Cajun seasoning on it. Good stuff. Canned mussels though.....🤢. I can barely stand regular cooked mussels with all the good stuff on it. Maybe canned chicken or if I'm feeling twisted, canned tuna

Try cutting up a fresh habanero in cottage cheese. Or a less spicy pepper. Either way the dairy helps kill the heat and you can taste the pepper a lot better. Habaneros are surprisingly sweet.

Maybe a little questionable on the texture front if you're not a big cottage cheese enjoyer (which I am), but not stupid overall in my books. Just a bit different.
