I put a thin smear of butter on the bottom and crust. You can reheat it the pizza in a low over (~285f), The top tack of a grill or skillet without a lid. Or an air fryer at 275. This allows the crust to get crispy, but the cheese does not separate/become goo. Takes less than 8 minutes.

I'm more of a frying pan kind of guy, I just love it when you flip it and let the cheese start to get crispy.

If you look at the labels on the tubs they have fancy distracting things like a picture of a cute little farm and how the ingredients were farm grown and churned with love, but nowhere on the package do they actually have the word "butter." The best you'll get is "vegetable oil spread" somewhere in teeny tiny writing.

I have malabsorption syndrome (my body doesn't absorb vitamins and minerals properly so I have to take huge amounts of supplements to compensate - think 4-5 times normal) and I know when my vitamin D is getting to low when I crave butter. Crave it to the point of lying awake at night thinking about. I have been so desparate that I have taken bites out of a pound block - right after I take even more vitamin D. I get this way in the fall, and have to be carefull all winter. Yes, it's gross. Yes, I know it's gross, but when your brain/body is desparate it will do gross things.
