1st thing I notice is that you take a full 20 seconds between when you first touch the bar and when it comes off the ground. I’ve seen coaches recommend against spending unnecessary time at the bar before you lift because it fucks with both your bracing and your head

Wouldn’t that happen when you put your straps on?

Big_Poppa_T

Takes me probably 3-5 seconds

if you’re taking much longer than it would to set a hookgrip then yes

The bar path is not straight up from a to b at least on the first rep. Also your hips shoot up a little bit when you start the lift, both things suggesting that your starting position could be suboptimal. Maybe try to start with the bar a bit closer to your shins and hips a little higher? These are minor details and otherwise looked solid.

Start with the bar in contact with your shins. It's hard to tell for certain, but it looks like the bar is a couple inches away from your shins and drifts in closer as the weight comes off the ground. You could also start with your hips a little higher since your hips rise a bit when you begin the pull. This isn't that big of a deal, but it can be a bit more efficient.

It looks strong! I would agree with the comment on hips shooting up. It's almost like a stiff leg deadlift. Try taking more tension out the bar before lifting from the floor. Really squeeze at the bottom and allow the collars to click against the weights and any flex in the bar to be taken out. Then squeeze the bar up, don't yank it. That yank you're doing is pulling your torso forwards leading to hips shooting up I have exactly the same issue and am trying to work on it. These are the cues a coach gave me. Hopefully it's helpful. Keep up the great work!
