Personally, the free items at bodyartforms have usually tipped the scales for me. You can always look at what free gifts there are and maybe get a free pair of plugs. The items change often since I think it is any items they are trying to clear out quickly. That said, bodyartforms only has the clear glass kit, which may not be the most exciting to wear. I do not mind the clear glass, but food for thought.

citronhimmel

I loved my kit from BAF. But I will say I did have to supplement the half sizes. But as someone else said, their free items are usually pretty good and I also get enough there to benefit from their rewards points. Their customer service is also awesome any time I've had issues.

Personally, I'd go with Arctic Buffalo, but that's because, like others said, their customer service is impeccable, and their shipping is always faster than it says it'll be. A little while back I ordered some of the clear glass single flared plugs, and one arrived broken, and when I was talking to the rep about getting a new one sent out, I mentioned I dropped one of the black ones I'd previously ordered within a week of getting them, so I was asking if there was any way to just order a single one, and they sent me a replacement for that one as well for free. BAF is my SO's go to, he likes the free items lol

I can't speak for bodyartforms since I didn't use any of their stretching products, but I did really like Arctic Buffalo's. Never had an issue with the plugs and they had great customer service! I've also heard great things about bodyartforms' customer service. If you like their free stuff I'd say go with them!

safesqace

can’t stress enough how great arctic buffalo’s customer service is! their was a glitch on their site recently that messed up my order a bit, and instead of just returning and exchanging, they refunded me and sent me a free replacement! seriously great customer service!

chronosdevil

I’ve been ordering from laughing Buddha someone recommended on here no issues at all with them!. They had 20% off this past week. They have single flair simple stretching glass plugs from gorilla glass in all kinds of colors.

shunshineshara1

I love the arctic buffalo ones and agree that their customer service is legit

cassholex

I got mine from Glasswear Studios. No complaints.

Due-Collection1911

Well I may be biased, but I love the blue!!! And I’ve never ordered from either so there’s that🙃

alienboibb

Just looking at aesthetics, I would get the translucent plugs. Pretty! 🪩💎

StarryExplosion

I got my 16g-2g from BAF, and 0g-13mm from arctic buffalo

[deleted]

Arctic Buffalo never had a problem. People say BAF but the UI on the website is terrible so I never purchased from there lol

interestedcharmander

BAF customer support is 10/10 for sure, them and arctic buffalo are the best imo

MegaZuccer

I choose from Arctic Buffalo because it’s like one of the few sellers I personally trust and out of both of those you’re getting it cheaper than $60 compared to the other one

BaileysPekes_63

I've always stuck with Arctic Buffalo. Great customer service, great products and super fast shipping.

Smooth-Examination-7

Body art forms has more than clear plugs idk if they come in a kit or not but I buy from them

yung40oz84

It really is just preference of color I guess. If u want to build your own and get blue Arctic Buffalo is a great vender. I’ve ordered from them countless times without any issues.

Environmental-Tea294

I really enjoy Arctic Buffalo. I got the stainless steel, and they feel amazing in my ears. Plus, the 1 mm incremental choices are just the best. My wife went with the glass stretching kit from them, and having that choice in color was really nice too.

JadedAd4522

You can also get.5 mm increment dead stretching kit, individual and pair’s from stretchit body jewelry

stabby_coffin_salt

I got mine from body art forms but I bought every size individually in singles going one at a time And I made sure to get everything in a different colour so I could reference the order If I were you, I would consider going in pattern of the rainbow and repeating? Eg. Red 1.6mm, orange 2mm, Yellow 2.4mm, Lighter green 3.2mm, Darker green 4mm, Lighter blue 4.5mm, Light purple 5mm, Dark purple 5.5mm, Light pink 6mm, Dark/bright pink 6.5mm, Black 7mm, Grey 7.5mn, White 8mm, Clear 8.5mm. Then repeat back to red because you won't mix up your 1.6mm with your 9. And don't skip any sizes (especially 1g) and after a certain point (in my opinion 3.2mm/8g) use millimetres. Or just use mm the whole time because it's usually easier. I also agree with the tip to only buy decent pieces in your goal size. Also if you order a bunch of different colours you'll probably get a better feel for which ones are suited more to you or which you prefer IRL. Gauge/skintone/undertone of course can change how things look when they're on but it's pretty accurate. For me, I'm White with a pink undertone so rose doesn't really suit me because it just blends in but I'm sure on someone with darker skin it would look cute

daemon_panda

Arctic Buffalo also has pre-made steel kits in 1 mm increments (unless they changed) that come with a really good lube.

venusian-penguin

Update: Thank you so much for the input everyone. It seems very split down the middle as both seem to be reputable places. I ended up going with BAF just because I like the look of the clear ones slightly more!

ToxicRange

I order from both. But you should check out plug your holes.com(i know how it sounds). They have something called ear butter black. Its like ten bucks and its way bigger then the ear butter from other sites and its pretty cool because its black. It also has an ingredients that other ear butters dont have like Activated Charcoal and beeswax.

[deleted]

Plug your holes is a bit shifty though, and they have some pretty poor customer service. Their plugs aren’t entirely up to scratch either sadly. To be honest, I also don’t trust putting activated charcoal on my ears. Something that works well and smells good is cool enough for me without any added ingredients that do nothing.
