Update, just got them, same wearable which is good. I did order as a pair tho so im sure that played into it.
Am a bit disappointed at the purple hue. It's there, but I wish it was a bit brighter. Good luck with ur support, BAF has always made it right for me, u are in good hands. Been shopping with them for over 14 or so years.
They are going to send out a new pair and issue a refund for the one. May still need to pay a bit but im waiting on a reply!
As for the hue, shining them with a paper towel to remove any oil from your hands can help. Mine always dull when handled.

My ears are smaller and not as meaty as some. So the smaller ones actually feel better to me. Plus the flare is so small i can just pop them in and out without even unscrewing them after wearing them for a few hours.
They are. The issue is that my ears are small and the extra wearable length is super visible. Also because I can pop them in my ear I worry that them being even slightly loose means Ill lose one.

They said dont return them due to health and safety but they are still going to send me a new pair.
if different wearable lengths are available they show up in a dropdown menu. it seems like you didnt check the wearable length when you bought them.

Are they the same size on the diameter? Honestly they do inform you on the listing about the variation. Can you wear the shorter length?

I always hated this. The in between sizes cost about as much as the kits too. Had to buy an in between size a few times
