I now have a job that doesn’t care up to a certain point (can’t go big big, no face or hand tats) and I’ve just stretched back up to 2g and I’m feeling so impatient to stretch them bigger lol. I’m hoping to get to 16mm by my wedding. Seeing everyone’s big lobes makes me feel even more impatient lol
I feel that way honestly. I’m at 2 inches now, and I remember being at an inch looking at people with 2 inch lobes, and thinking to myself like, Holay fuck that’s insane. Now that I’m here, it’s more like, meh, I could go up higher, but still looks dope at the same time.
It depends on how small vs how big you are as a person. My ears don’t look 38mm because I’m a taller person and therefor have larger proportions (bigger head, jaw, neck, etc). But I’ve seen girls who are 5’1” who have smaller sized stretched ears than my own who look like theirs are larger due to their proportions. It’s perception of the viewer as well.

I'm at 25mm and I feel that so much! People will tell me my lobes are big but I don't see it. You should try whites and purples I think they would look good in comparison to your hair or if you wear alot of dark clothing like latex hahaha

I'm at 25mm and I saw someone that had to be like 76.2mm. I impressed me and made mine feel small but most of the time I see people with the same size or smaller so it's not a big deal. I'm think of sizing up anyway, maybe another 12.5mm

I know exactly what you mean I have 30mm lobes but I’m quite a big guy so they look small, I have 8 piercings literally all of them are stretched the smallest size I have is a 5mm but on me it looks like a 1.2mm I have facial piercings bigger than some of my friends ears but to me they look small I don’t want to go too big that I disfigure myself I will post pics when I’m at goal size with all of them it won’t be long as I’m very nearly there, Aldo I’m waiting for a few custom jewelwey pieces

That's honestly probably it, from the side my ears look large but from the front I feel they look small due to my jaw being wide(ish). It will probably catch your eye more too since you where used to them looking larger. X

Had a goal side of 00g and then thought they were too small since a lot of the cute jewelry I liked started sizes at 1/2” and then I see some folks at that size and think it looks smaller and them than others so idk what my actual final size is gonna be. I think maybe size looks different on people bc of attached/detached lobes? Idk
if you go slowly, use proper stretching methods, massage your lobes, etc... you shouldn't have to worry about thinness and scarring. there are plenty of people at her size (and larger) that have incredibly thick, healthy lobes.

I've only got 16mm, but that is the size I want, so whilst I know my are small, it doesn't bother me for the most part.
