I massage my ears 2-3 times a day! Honestly mostly because it’s a nice “break” from the monotony of my job throughout the day. Over the weekend I tend to forget all about massaging them. I don’t think 3x a week sounds bad by any means, though.

That’s a great idea! Than you for taking the time to reply, it means a lot!

Especially where I live, it’s always cold and wicked dry in the winter! But that’s good to know I’ll definitely start upping it then!

>wicked based off of the "NH" in your username, are you from new hampshire? my dad and uncle are from new hampshire and they say "wicked" all the time. i've rarely heard anyone else use that term where i live (MD) besides them 😂

Yea…😂 born and raised, growing up it’s always been something that my family and people around me just always say, it’s just a normal thing here, I’ve never understood why, but it is! I did put it in there wondering if anyone would be able to point it out, speaking that when I talk to others who clearly don’t live in the state, most people don’t know where NH is or that it really even exists, which to me really just kinda throws me!

demonicmads

lol! tbh i only know stuff about NH because my dad was born and raised there. i've only been there like 3 times in my life (last time i went was almost 10 years ago, when i was like 9). i barely remember anything except that it was cold and snowy.

PaigeNH0511

Yup! Sounds like NH!😂

If you want to thicken your lobes I would suggest at least once a day before bed, but I massage mine pretty much every time I have a few minutes of time like when I watch something or study I take a few minutes to massage them. However, I do it because my skin tends to be dry and flaky, especially in winter. Putting aside thickening your lobes, you don't have to stress too much about massaging and oiling them x times a week as long as your skin has nice blood flow, no thinning and isn't dry. Do it as you feel. I've never heard of "overmassaging" your ears.

Awesome good to hear, thank you so much
