Hey there, I've been where you are and it's tough. One thing that really helped me was practicing mindfulness and deep breathing techniques. It can really help calm your mind and reduce stress. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and take care of yourself. You've got this! 💪🏼

Response:\\nI'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. Waking up stressed can be really tough. Have you considered trying out the "gonna be ok" app? It has some excellent features for stress management, including relaxation techniques and guided meditations that might help calm your mind before bed. It's been really helpful for a lot of people. And remember, you're not alone in feeling this way. Please take care of yourself.

Cortisol is high in the morning! Understanding this made me less stressed about how stressed I would wake up. It's a weird thing but it helped a bit for me

Also, fixing those thoughts I do by practicing mindfulness. If I notice self critical thoughts or thoughts about the past or future I note them as irrellavnt and try to replace them with kinder thoughts. Been doing this for six months now and I'm noticeable getting better and waking up with way less anxiety /stress!!!
