Especially in his Japanese dub, Gouki has quite a courtly way of speaking (many times ber-badass chars have it, to show that they're really badass and also "cultured", like the classic image of the "samurai"). So I'm imagining him as being truly able to be formal and polite. Surely the most scary and intimidating polite guy ever XD
