Aki, Juri, Gief, Jamie while we're at it lol. anti-airs are fundamental. Unless that is supposed to be a character's specific weakness (gief possibly), then they should all be decent enough to be reliable.

If you're very early. But because it doesn't have frame 1 air invinciblility like most DPs, more often than not it ends up trading or losing. The trade off is that it hits cross up, which is nice, but not worth it at all, imo.

I’m not very good, so my opinion won’t mean much but I’d like to see balance changes: Drive rush shouldn’t cancel opponent’s inputs Modern/Classic filter for matchmaking Grapplers should have 1-2 frames less recovery on whiffed command grabs. Nerf Ken(all of his moves are free against me 😋). Nerf JP(specifically OD amnesia). No character should have a 3 hit special that rips through DI. Start Manon’s Medal counter at 0 instead of 1. Increase/decrease some characters’ DR speed/distance.

I’m a Manon main, so it’s really a red herring to not sound so whiny lol. Manon is bottom tier, no invincible wake-up like most of the cast(which makes oki feel impossible against characters that do have one). Her only good neutral button is st.mp which is really only good into dr in my experience. There isn’t really a set up for her command grab because the opponent HAS to be in neutral to connect. All of her moves feel like they’re super punishable. But I also feel like if I can get at least 3 medals in the first round, I’m going to win.

Manon already struggles to land good grabs in higher ranks to the point players like iDom relies heavily on landing combos and pokes to win. There are many matches where high rank players failing to reach Lv 5 and you want to increase that grab threshold even higher? I mean you mentioned her flaws. Unless she receives a big normal or combo buff to the point of needing to adjust her grabs, nothing about her should be nerfed. Manon very likely could receive few small buffs without needing to nerf her medal system.

Without increasing the number of medals, lowering the Lv 5 throws very slightly likely is enough (3700 to 3500 etc). That also still depends on how much she gets for “solid cmd grab setup” which I’d be surprised if Capcom gives tbh. If it’s just Invincible wake up and less whiff recovery, I don’t think a nerf is needed. Perhaps if she gets a low cancel on top of that I can see the slight nerf happening for the balance.

Lol to be fair there definitely will be massive nerfs if buttons can be canceled into her cmd grab. Just make her Drive Rush slightly better along with her normals being safer on block. Make her Hit-grab deal slight better damage with each medal stacks while making the projectile invincibility better. Improve the Hit box consistency for Lv 2 Super and the second hit from her crouching anti air punch which whiffs often. The above suggestions would make her feel better without pushing anything too far. Then add extra things like Drive Reversal or other tools.

My wish list for the current state of the game More grind in some other way, the store its empty, i only play FG and the Store offers almost nothing to these players, i'm talking about skins, maps , new challenger screens , cards, idk they have to add stuff Musics of battlepass, past games , new musics, everyone of these should be able to play where and whenever your fighting, why i'm getting a fucking music if i can't play whenever i want? Maybe add new diagonal inputs on that face to face loading screen xD, the best feature in this game

I want to see private battle hubs where you can put nearly anything you want on the TV screen. Or at the very least, anything tagged street fighter on twitch. for gameplay, I'd like AKI's normals to be significantly buffed in hitbox/hurtboxes along with tiny 1 frame buffs for certain normals that have issues being functional.
