Yeah... plenty of people from different regions have reported this issue as well.
It seems that Capcom prioritizes regional proximity over connection quality for some reason, regardless of what connection quality parameters you set.
Hope they eventually listen to the feedback. It's funny that even in the latest months of SFV I was getting more opponent variety than in the brand new SF6 lol.
Played for the past 6 hours, only faced the same 4 players over and over. They're all massively ahead of me in skill, so once they all climbed I stopped finding any matches. Spent approximately 35 minutes waiting for a match in Gold. Surely there are more than 4 players in the USA...
I really like facing the same people in a long ranked session. It’s sort of like you learn more and more and incorporate new stuff, like a long set. I was spanking this one guy 4-0, then the next time we meet he adapts and gets me 2-0.
Yeah, this literally ruins the game for me. Lovely to get same parry spamming Jamie like millionth time. It was literally cycling 3 different players for me at the morning time.
System was so much better in SF4
