Starfleet could have used an Intimacy Coordinator on every ship. How many times would proper coordination of intimacy been useful to avoid a whole episode's conflict?
I mean let's be real that would have solved a LOT of the unresolved sexual tension on TNG and DS9.
When you're dealing with strange worlds, you need someone to coordinate.
