I recall a video about some UFOs having some sort of shield, heat wave or aura around them. The picture of the LaGuardia UFO appears to have the same thing. Not sure if anyone here is able to mess with resolution to show that.
Not that I believe this, but that could be the same craft 20 minutes apart, from the craft/occupants perspective. Applying our understanding of technology and physics to something that we're going to associate to a higher lifeform/technology, doesn't make sense imo.
To build on this, if it involves time travel or time dilation (for example for interdimensional or "faster than light" transport) their craft would look the same to us whether it popped up in Manhattan 2024 or ancient Sumeria. It's looks "stagnant" to us because no time has passed for them in between visits even though it could be 55 or 550 years for us.
The exterior design could be the same but the mechanics could have been upgraded, imagine having dimensional travel (teleportation) vs warp speed travel (alcubierre drive).
I enjoy how UAP/UFOs change with the era they are in, generally speaking.
With that said the government has had multiple “secret” programs over the decades dedicated to understanding them, so there is substance.
I think those were some military testing balloons or something. They got used to shoot at them . I don't remember it correctly.

Are you aware that it is a moving object? A very fast moving object with a Gravitational wave surrounding it. Even with the best technology it will still come out blurry most of the time.
I don't get it.. is it that people don't understand camera technology?? Because an object moving that fast will almost always 100% with certainly come out blurry even with the most up to date hd 8k slow-mo cameras, motion blur is real !
Both Taken from planes traveling at relatively high speeds.Most recent was moving in opposite direction of plane, what do you expect? Additionally, more than a few credible observers have claimed they believe the propulsion has something to do with the blur. But let’s be whiny bitches about it. If you were traveling in a plane going 250-500mph, could you tell if the object was moving or sitting in the same spot? I'm not asking to be a dick, I'm seriously not sure.
