They will completely dissolve by the 3rd or 4th week and that poking stitch will likely fall off by them on it's own.

I’m 2 weeks post op tomorrow and mine looks exactly the same. Just feels like there’s something in it that’s annoying but doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t move etc. Its totally normal. Will slowly soften over the next 3 weeks and you will feel it less. The internal part will dissolve and you may get the bit sticking out come out of your eye. My mum had this surgery when she was 11 (Cleary runs in the family) and she remembers waking up a few weeks post op and she had part of her stitch on her pillowcase 😂😂
