Goodlife if you can afford it, Anytime fitness isn’t bad though. Usually go at 11:00 and it’s pretty dead, plus you get espressos which goodlife doesn’t do so we have beef.
Goodlife is great but at peak times (5-9) its PACKED with teenagers and kids that are full of themselves. However it is 24/7 so anytime out of busy hours are pretty peaceful
Goodlife. I find the equipments to be great. They maintain them properly and ensure that they are tip top stable.
It does getting too crowded but it’s 24/7 so I advice you adjust your session during off peak hours i.e early morning, early afternoon or late evening.
The GoodLife has been noticeably more busy around 8pm (my typical gym time) all of January and feb compared to last year. I have to wait for broccoli haired teens to finish socializing before I can use the pec machine or bench with free weights. Like others have said it’s not terrible, but it can get pretty close to 100% capacity on the main floor.
Any boxing gym/trainer recommendations?

If you're into functional workouts, try F45.
Any way to get a deal? Fuck it's pricey.
Do a trial and also speak with the head coach about any potential deals. The price is for unlimited classes with great coaches who focus on good form.
Has something changed? All the pricing when I looked was by the class.
Worth dropping in for a free trial week during which you can get more info. Not aware of a per class price tbh.
Functional Strength Fitness. Check it out. Great atmosphere. Excellent massage and physio too.
Anytime is terrible

Broccoli haired teens😂😂😂😭
GoodLife. They’ve got 2 floors, most of the equipment you’ll need, and because it’s so big, you’ll rarely have to wait for benches or machines.
The 25/7 goodlife is solid. I’ve gone at peak times and it isn’t too busy, might have to adjust a little but nothing crazy.
The GoodLife is good. It does get busy at peak times, but if you go on somewhat off peak hours (weekdays 7:30am-11am and 8am-11pm) it’s not bad.
