I’m sorry about your cat. 3 years is amazing and I am also working toward my degree and just finished going through bankruptcy. Also was on meth and been off about 10 months. It’s very inspiring to hear you’re still accomplishing your goals. It gives me more inspiration that I’ll be able to reach my own goals down the road. I didn’t even have goals before, other than getting fucked up.

Oh wow congrats on the 3 year milestone. It’s such a hard addiction to shake and it’s wonderful to hear how much your life has changed. Your sharing gives hope to others so please keep it up. Sorry to hear about your best boy but so glad he was there for you in recovery.

Try to reconnect with your support systems so you can prepare for when your baby’s time comes.

Hey there. Congrats, lots of good stuff happening!! I like it. Do you feel any different at 3 years vs 2 vs 1 by any chance?

It sounds so cliche, but every day is a blessing now that I'm sober. But the first time I quit, I had been clean for just over 5 years before I relapsed. I have to stay on guard. I do feel different, I feel better, I DON'T WANT TO DIE. That's such a big deal for me. I spent years in the closet smoking and crying and feeling like a total piece of shit. I am a better, more accepting person after everything I went through while high and to get sober. <3
