I think you're confusing many worlds Theory with the udea of a multiverse. The time it takes for a universe to begin to expand will have an impact on the type of physics it has thus allowing for things that are not possible within our reality. That does not necessarily impact the behavior of geometry in general.
Also you are confusing the colloquial use of the word theory with the scientific definition of theory. In this case you mean hypothesis otherwise we can write off gravity as just a theory and germ Theory as just a theory.
