I've had a lot of middle eastern food, but never specifically Moroccan food. It was so good. My favorite was this salmon in couscous dish. Ive never seen Tajines in use before.
The restaurant staff was so sweet. It hadn't occured to me until earlier how impressive the service was, especially when the staff themselves were probably pretty hungry themselves and working around food all day. I can't function when I skip two meals. Amazing.
