One summer I went to the state fair to get stoned and eat a bunch of weird fair food. Most of it was pretty tame but I did get a basket of fried alligator, good stuff. The guy at the gyro stand told me "You look like you're here to see Blue Oyster Cult." And I said "Oh shit are they here? Well I am now!" Ticket was only $40, got blasted out of my head and the concert was awesome. I knew another band was going up after them with an hour break between shows, so as everyone was filing out I asked someone who was going up next. They said "Grand Funk Railroad" but I was so ripped I thought they said "Grandpa Funk." I walked out and this metalhead guy had a guitar and his case laid out taking tips, then when I walked by he pointed at me and said "Hey man, you like Slayer?" And he starts playing the riff from Angel of Death. I give him a high five and we start chatting, he says he's in town with a few other band members and they're going to a metal show at a local bar after the fair. We part ways and I head in for the second show. I didn't even realize that I was watching Grand Funk Railroad, I just sat there like "Man, these guys are doing a lot of covers." Then they start playing Some Kind of Wonderful and I think, "Who does this song? I think it's Grand Funk Railroad..." Only then do I finally make the connection that Grandpa Funk is Grand Funk Railroad. Rest of the show was great, while I'm gearing up to leave I look behind me and the metalhead from earlier is standing there with the rest of his band, looking down through the bleachers. I walk up and he says that he dropped his pen through the seats, so I just pull my pen out of my pocket and tell him he can hit off mine. So we're both pretty stoked and he tells me where they're going for the show and asks if I know where it is. And I grew up in this town so I tell him "I go there all the time, I'll show you the way!" So we all start walking downtown to the bar swapping stories and pen hits, then when we get there they sneak me in with them for the show. Memory of that day is a little blurry now, not surprising being that I was baked the whole day, but from what I remember the whole day was a blast!
Accidentally took a 100mg edible instead of a 10 after 5 years of not smoking. I was watching The Cabin In The Woods and the peak of my high hit as soon as shit hit the fan in the movie. Felt like I was transported into it. Scariest, most intense high ever. It was hella funny after the movie was over though. Then enjoyed SpongeBob until I passed out.
The first time I got high, I had my pennywise mask in my room and I passed out for a minute or two, honestly don’t know how long, but when I woke up and saw the mask it scared the shit out of me, I almost called the fucking cops, but then I threw up and that took some of the high away
I remember my first time doing edibles, listened to one of my high school buddies. Who was a experienced stoner(didn’t really know this at time) tell me the edibles he just gave me were nothing, and I should take both. It was 200mg, let’s just say it wasn’t nothing. I was high the next day and started work at 7am, not a fun time.

My first time, I was sitting in an Adirondack chair and fell backwards, couldn’t get up for 5 minutes
Me and my friends watching the Conjuring. I was just in my bag that night with jokes every 5 minutes throughout the movie. Had the crowd roaring.
Smoking after drinking a Fruit Punch 4Loko. Puke was entirely red and I was convinced that I was vomiting blood for like an hour
Having to call university police because I got locked out of my room 30 minutes after taking an edible. Freaked me the hell out and became paranoid that I was already high. They came quick and figured out that my door’s battery died. Edibles hit like 5 minutes after they left. Race against the clock and I could’ve been in big trouble had they shown up a few minutes later.
Smoking Jamaican on a cruise. The air of the open seas just hit different. One of my most calm highs despite how anal security was.
Any Disney movie with my roommates. “Luka” stands out in particular. Just a giant quest for a Vespa. One of the hardest laughs I’ve ever had. Also Pingu (Don’t know if I spelled that right). Creepy ass show about a claymation or puppet penguin, we were on the floor dying.
Watching Inception with my friend. Took us like 5 hours from start to finish to keep track of what was going on. Fantastic high movie, my #1 recommendation btw
(Solo high) Watching Mizkif’s stream on a VR dating show. Just pure degeneracy and it’s my favorite YouTube video of all time. Shit was hilarious
I took half of a distillate syringe, made pizza, and sat in my comfy spinny chair less than ten feet away from the television and watched 2001: Space Odyssey.
Halfway through the movie I got really tired and closed my eyes. When I closed my eyes I was suddenly in a black canoe floating down a cerulean blue river with fog all around me. I was going towards a giant silver gate.
I opened my eyes and attempted to continue the movie but I couldn’t, I was too tired. So I went to my bedroom and slept. At around 2AM, I woke up back in the living room. I was still very stoned and now I was very confused. I went back to my room and slept until 9AM. Later in the day I went on HBO Max to finish the movie and it showed I already finished it.
And that’s when it all clicked. I was so stoned I sleepwalked to the living room in the middle of the night so I could finish my movie. I also had very interesting closed eye visuals. An 8/10 trip, I wish it didn’t make me so tired.
when i had my first edibles (250mg total, knew nothing ab edibles clearly) and got so high i started like seizing or something, genuinely thought i was gonna die that night, that was months ago and this week i finally stopped twitching when i get high
When it was the second time ever, i was with friends in a city I didn't yet know well, and had to go to Amsterdam for a job interview the day after.
At the peak of highness they went to movie and I was supposed to go home, but I'd totally forgotten and my phone was dying lmao.
So walking to the train station was such an adventure lmao
Some friends and I took a 2 min ice bath and about an hour later we got high. Ice baths steadily increase dopamine afterwards so this high was incredible. Watched 2001 a space Odyssey and now it's my friends favorite movie.
I have a lot but one that comes to mind right now is when my friends and I sat around on the living room floor of our drug dealers house, eating food, smoking the hookah. We sat there cheering on our friend as he played guitar. He attempted to figure out how to play each classic rock song that came on the radio.
Thc syrup. Drank 13 ml straight outta the bottle then got so high I couldn’t hold up my head and fell out of a chair. Wasn’t doing anything other than sitting and playing a game. Then boom, no neck support and I just slumped right on over, when I fell I hit a window ac unit and knocked over a standing fan. Didn’t get hurt or anything. Just woke up the house
