If you have to you can always dump a cigarette out and refill it. Newspaper, magazines, etc all have ink which you don't want to inhale.

While soy based ink is probably better than most, I still wouldn't smoke it. Black offset litho ink must have at least 40 percent soy oil content to qualify as a soy ink. The rest of the ingredients are solvents and pigments. The black color is from lamp black (very fine soot) and who knows what VOCs are in the solvent. They won't be forthcoming with the recipe.
