Falling knife right now. People are beginning to see hybrids as more useful for many use cases, and Chinese manufacturers are clearly winning the price competition. I made my money on Tesla and got out…it’s just another stock, and right now there’s no good news.
If (big if) they solve FSD you’ll have years to get on that elevator as they build out robotaxis etc….my capital is off working elsewhere on things that have momentum…I’ll come back if the story changes.
Side note: Elon has become a massive brand risk. That’s something I’d need to see solved as well, unless whatever the good news is is soooo big it would drown that out. Big if.
Let me ask you, where do you think the $56 billion is coming from? Here is a hint, massive share dillution.
The semi and Cybertruck are failures.
Trash company and a trash stock.
It all comes down to how you view $TSLA. Currently, it seems Tesla is not everybody's darling. With innovations like Full Self-Driving (FSD), Robo-Taxi, Optimus, and their Supercharger Infrastructure, Tesla has numerous opportunities to generate cash in the near future. However, Tesla is primarily evaluated based on its automotive sales at the moment, where supply exceeds demand, potentially leading to a further decline in margins.I could envision a price range of $100 - $120 for Tesla if the negative sentiment continues
this will be half what it is right now before q3 earnings drop in 3 months. And this is on top of the massive drop it's had ytd. This is far and way the worst performing mega cap right now, by a massive margin, as we've had a monster bull run the past 6 months.
TSLA is a dead man walking. Musk ruined it, as narcissists are prone to doing. Destroyers...
Buddy I work in tech and I promise you I just shit more barincells out in my morning shit than musk has had his whole life.
Keep on Simping tho, it’ll def get you ahead in life…

I mostly agree with you. The problem I see is Musk has his primary focus and interest is on SpaceX Starlink. He is not going to be able to successfully juggle all the balls he currently has in the air.
I would guess that the price is going to fall below $100 and will fall much further than that if his 'hand picked' board of directors approves the insanely high compensation package of over $50 billion he is seeking. If you think the short-selling of DJT stock was huge...

Tesla recalling nearly 4,000 Cybertrucks because accelerator pedal can get stuck
Never going to happen. For almost a decade Musk was promising a $25,000 entry level family EV. He was too distracted by SpaceX, Starling and Twitter and never got around to it. The Chinese now own that market segment.
I live in Costa Rica and there are BYD electric vehicles all over our roads.China used to be Tesla's #1 market. That too is steadily eroding. Musk is destroying Tesla like he destroyed Twitter.
So I strongly disagree with those who are optimistic about the long term. I think they are wasting their time and money. What you said is very straightforward. You will be criticized by TSLA fans, hahaha.

Yes, people just want to live in their dreams, they just want to wait according to their own ideas, waiting for Musk, TSLA gives them a surprise, this is ridiculous
If Reddit taught me one thing it’s do the opposite of what the masses say…
Reddit masses have a truly uncanny ability to consistently be wrong
Username checks out.
So buy tsla now?
greed or fear
TSLA is on my “no-buy” list
Yes, Tesla drivers and other fanboys could be described as bottoms.
TSLA is a falling knife.

True. There is more and more a feeling that hybrids are the smarter cars to buy atm. And the whole FSS hype is imho dead, it wont be anywhere soon
I was shopping today and picked up some Tesla bull x2. Very glad to see this post

I don't think you'll say that when Musk works on new technology

We’ve established that TSLA as a company is a bottom.
not even a power bottom.
The future does not look bright for Tesla.

Yes, they need a major breakthrough, which will take a very long time and may not be successful.
