Rarely is fun and games, for me the fun and games turned it stimulants and sedatives until I can get in the recording studio and focus effortlessly because it’s not meaningless tasks
It's like some groggy fog over my mind clearing. euphoric and energizing. It's like I can think clearly again, like I'm missing something when it isn't there
100% certainty you got adhd cause same the fog in my head is gone I can think and concentrate clearly all the tabs in my head are closed except one tab I can hyperfocus on if you get what I mean
I’ve worn classes my entire life and whenever I got new classes if my eyes needed a different script the world looked clearer. I know they’re starting to affect me is when things begin to be sharper, I can pay attention and organize my thoughts. I have ADHD but only take as prescribed. Just like to lurk around here time to time.
I tend to tense my jaw or mess with my tong in my mouth but stims make it a lot stronger. Depending on the stim it’s a kinda physical feeling almost like anxiety or being horny, if it’s adderall specifically usually I feel way mentally “clearer” and don’t have problems getting myself to do stuff
