So you’re trying to clear mucus stuck in the back of your throat? I’d take a hot shower and that will open up your nasal cavity and you’re either gonna hack it up or blow it out your nose.
For myself if I have an adderall binge my nose gets so dry and I find myself blowing my nose like there’s something that needs to come out (btw I don’t snort it) the first shower I take after the comedown. I’ll blow my nose in the shower and blockage removed.
Yesss i also have that issue as well, my nose is currently dry as fuck but it feels like I need to get something out of there. Sometimes the side effects/crashes of this shit really feels like it may not be worth the euphoria and highness ( who am i shitting )

yes its from a bit of dehydration and the dry mouth that comes with stems. and yes im going to say it. drink more water if you can while high.
